Neuromuscular
Also referred to as deep tissue massage, this is a combination of several highly specific, treatment-based modalities that strive to promote healing through the realignment and re-education of the muscular system and its surrounding connective tissue by influencing the nervous system's reflexive responses and their connection to muscular function. Trigger Point Therapy, Myo-Fascial Release and Muscle Energy Techniques are all used to relieve chronic pain and tension.
Sports
Sports massage is the application of specific strokes and techniques used to reduce scar tissue and flush out toxins built up in muscle tissue. Direct pressure, friction, compression and percussion are used to target key areas and enhance athletic performance, prevent injury and accelerate recovery from sporting activities and events.
Orthopedic
Orthopedic massage addresses disorders of the musculoskeletal structures. Some common disorders include peripheral nerve disorders, fractures, dislocations, subluxations, kyphosis and scoliosis deformities of the spine.
Swedish
Utilizing long, fluent strokes, Swedish massage stimulates the circulatory, lymphatic, respiratory, muscular, digestive and nervous systems. This style is an overall invigorating therapeutic treatment aimed at relaxing your body, mind and spirit by manipulating your skin, muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments.

60-minute massage: $65.00
75-minute massage: $80.00
90-minute massage: $90.00
120-minute massage: $120.00
Limited outcalls at a $20.00 additional travel fee

Four 90-minute massages (pre-paid): $320.00

There are no expiration dates for your pre-paid massages.

Pre-pay for a punch card and save money. There's no need to worry about paying after each visit. After receiving 6 massages your 7th is free! Punch cards are valid for 6 months, a deal if you receive massages more often than once a month.
